How much does Rent Power cost?+

Management is one flat weekly fee: $19.99, $29.99 or $39.99 + GST per week depending on the plan. No percentage of your rent and no margin on maintenance. Homes with four or more bedrooms have a flat $10.99 + GST/week add-on.

How are you 40–50% cheaper?+

Traditional managers charge a percentage of your rent plus a margin on every repair, so their cost rises with your rent. Our flat weekly fee and at-cost maintenance mean most owners with quality homes pay far less for the same or better care.

Do you really not charge for maintenance?+

Correct. We arrange repairs with trusted tradespeople and pass on the cost with no added margin. You pay the tradesperson's price, not their price plus our cut.

What areas do you manage?+

Quality family homes across Auckland, including Flat Bush, Botany, Remuera, Ponsonby, Mt Wellington and Green Lane. We don't manage CBD apartments.

I'm with another manager. Is switching hard?+

Not at all. We handle the handover, notifying your current manager and transferring the tenancy, bond and records. In most cases your tenants barely notice.

What are the 360° inspections?+

A 360° video walkthrough lets you virtually walk through your own home, a clear, honest record of condition. It comes once a year on the Complete plan, and every quarter on the expat add-on.
